The most common injuries include tennis elbow and rotator cuff tendinitis
• Learn what technique problems can contribute to these injuries, learn what not to do!
• Learn stretches and exercises to prevent and even treat early stage symptoms
• Learn general warm up activities as endorsed by the USTA
Dr. Sattler will be available after each session to do general evaluations for any member having symptoms at no charge.
