Insurance & Payment Policy
Payment is expected after each session. Payment plans are available.
Dr. Sattler is not in-network with any insurance companies. However, insurance can occasionally be billed directly, sometimes with little or no out-of-pocket cost if the plan has out-of-network benefits and the deductable is not too high. Our office manager Ivan can take your information and call your insurance company for details.
We can see some workers compensation patients, however, the number is limited and there may be times when we have to put a person on a waiting list if they want to use workers compensation insurance.
Dr. Stroe accepts Blue Cross Blue Sheild and Medicare. She has an independent billing agent who needs to take your insurance information and clear you first before you make an appointment. Call Devorah at 732-730-9551.
We accept all major credit cards.
Lateness & Cancellations
We do keep a tight schedule, so if you are late we may need to shorten your visit to avoid inconvienincing the patients after you. Depending on how late you think you might be, you might be better off rescheduling.
In order to serve all of our patients better, we would appreciate 24 hour notice on cancellations. If you do not call the day before your appointment to cancel, there will be a $15 charge, which you will be asked to pay on your next visit.
If you owe more than 3 late cancellation fees, we reserve the right to limit your scheduling until your balance is paid. If you late cancel more than 3 times in 2 months, we reserve the right to limit scheduling your appointments in advance.
You can however, call the same day you would like to have your appointment, if there is an opening you can be seen.
